One of the things I dislike most about waking up early is feeling groggy and tired, especially if I didn’t get enough sleep. It can be really tough to shake off that sleepiness and get into the swing of the day. As for going to bed early, I often miss out on social activities or evening relaxation time, which can be frustrating. I sometimes feel like I have to choose between my health and having fun!
