I use Gore-Tex running shoes primarily for wet and rainy conditions. The waterproof membrane keeps my feet dry while still allowing for breathability, which is essential when I’m running in unpredictable weather. They’re great for trail running or when I know I’ll be encountering muddy or damp trails.
On the flip side, I don’t wear them in hot weather because they can feel a bit too warm and may not offer as much breathability compared to regular mesh running shoes. It really depends on the conditions and terrain I’ll be facing! How about you? What’s your experience with them?
