What’s something that really bothered you, even though it wasn’t intended to be offensive?
I can think of a time when a friend jokingly called me “the mom of the group” because I often organized our outings. At first, I felt a bit offended, as I thought it implied I was being overly responsible or bossy. It took me a moment to realize they meant it as a compliment, appreciating my efforts to keep our plans on track. It’s a good reminder that context and intention matter a lot in communication!
