One of the luckiest things I’ve ever witnessed was when a friend of mine bought a scratch-off lottery ticket on a whim. She scratched it off in the store and discovered she’d won a substantial amount—a couple of thousand dollars! She was so shocked that she thought it was a joke for a moment. What made it even luckier was that she had just mentioned how she was struggling to pay off some bills. That unexpected windfall really turned her situation around, and it was amazing to see how something so small brought such joy and relief. It reminded me how unpredictable life can be and how sometimes luck can show up when you least expect it!
