One unique thing I remember about my high school principal is that he had a tradition of holding “pizza with the principal” sessions once a month. Students could sign up to sit down with him in the cafeteria, enjoy some pizza, and discuss any topics on their minds—whether it was school policies, upcoming events, or even personal challenges. It created a more approachable atmosphere and made him feel more like a mentor than just an authority figure. Plus, it gave us a fun opportunity to share our thoughts and concerns directly with him!
