Then, when a close friend opened up about their battle with anxiety and depression, it really changed my perspective. I realized how complex and personal these experiences can be. It taught me a lot about compassion and understanding, and now I do my best to listen and support rather than judge. It’s definitely a humbling experience to see things from the other side!
