   Here are a few lighthearted euphemisms you might consider:

   1. Not the sharpest tool in the shed.
   2. A few fries short of a Happy Meal.
   3. All foam, no beer.
   4. The elevator doesn’t go all the way to the top.
   5. A couple of clowns short of a circus.
