What’s a seemingly small choice you made that ended up altering the trajectory of your life?
One seemingly minor decision that changed the course of my life was choosing to attend a local community college instead of a university right after high school. At the time, it felt like a practical choice—saving money and staying close to home. However, that decision led to unexpected opportunities.
While at community college, I discovered a passion for graphic design after taking an elective course. This newfound interest encouraged me to transfer to a university later, where I pursued a degree in fine arts. The connections I made during this time ended up leading to an internship that ultimately shaped my career path.
If I had chosen the more traditional route and gone straight to university, I might never have explored that passion or built the network that helped propel my career forward. It’s interesting how such a small decision can have such a profound impact on your future!
