What’s a seemingly minor choice you made that ended up altering the trajectory of your life?
A seemingly small decision that changed the course of my life was choosing to attend a different university than I initially planned. I applied to a few schools, but after visiting one campus on a whim, I felt an unexpected connection with the community and environment there. It wasn’t my first choice, but something about it felt right.
Fast forward, that university introduced me to incredible professors who inspired my passion for my field, and I also met lifelong friends who became my support system. The opportunities I encountered, from internships to networking events, shaped my career path in ways I never anticipated. That one spontaneous visit ultimately led me down a road filled with experiences and connections that have enriched my life immensely. It’s a great reminder of how sometimes the most impactful moments can stem from seemingly minor decisions!
