One of the best experiences I had with a neighbor was when they helped me during a particularly tough winter storm. My car got stuck in the snow, and they came over with their SUV to help me get out. We ended up chatting for a while and discovered we had a lot in common, which led to a great friendship.
On the other hand, one of the worst experiences was when a neighbor would frequently have loud parties late into the night. It became a real issue, especially on weekdays, and despite multiple conversations asking them to keep the noise down, it didn’t improve. Eventually, I had to involve our landlord, which was uncomfortable and strained the relationship.
