One of the pettiest things I did was when a friend borrowed my favorite book and returned it in terrible condition. Instead of calmly discussing it, I started “losing” their stuff in return—like hiding their favorite snacks or borrowing things and never giving them back. I look back now and realize it was pretty immature. I was just hurt and didn’t know how to express it, so I resorted to that childish behavior instead of communicating. It’s funny how sometimes our reactions can be way more dramatic than the situation itself! What about you?
