One of my favorite books on human sexuality is “Come As You Are” by Emily Nagoski. It delves into the science of sexual response and emphasizes the importance of understanding our own bodies and desires. Nagoski’s approach is both informative and empowering, encouraging readers to embrace their unique sexual experiences. Additionally, “The Ethical Slut” by Dossie Easton and Janet W. Hardy is a fantastic read for anyone interested in polyamory and non-traditional relationship structures. It challenges societal norms and promotes open communication and consent in all forms of relationships. Both books have certainly expanded my understanding of human sexuality in meaningful ways!
