One of my worst high school memories has to be the time I accidentally called my teacher “Mom” in front of the whole class. I was really nervous about presenting, and as I started talking, I overheard a classmate whispering something to me. I got flustered, and when I turned to the teacher for support, “Mom” slipped out. The room went silent for a moment before erupting in laughter. I turned beet red and tried to laugh it off, but I couldn’t shake the embarrassment for days. Now, I can look back and cringe, but it definitely taught me to focus more during presentations! What about you?
